Privacy Policy

Effective July 28, 2026. How Brispa International handles learner and institutional data.

1. Who we are

Brispa International (“Brispa,” “we,” “us”) provides Healthcare Education Technology products including the NCLEX Platform, nursing school resources, IELTS pathways, Nurse Ada, and institution tools. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our websites, apps, and learning services.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account details (name, email, password), profile and enrollment information, payment and billing metadata processed by our payment providers, device and usage data (pages viewed, practice activity, feature interactions), support messages you send us, and cookies or similar technologies needed for authentication, preferences, and analytics.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to create and secure accounts, deliver courses and practice tools, personalize learning experiences (including Nurse Ada and readiness insights), process purchases and institutional access, communicate service updates, improve product quality, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us operate infrastructure, payments, email, analytics, or customer support — under contractual confidentiality obligations — and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Brispa, our users, or others. Institutional administrators may see cohort-level learning progress when access is provisioned through a school or training partner.

5. Retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; please use a strong unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Your choices

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data, or object to certain processing. You can update profile details in your account settings and unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in those messages. Service and transactional emails may still be sent when necessary to operate your account.

7. Children

Brispa products are intended for adult learners and authorized institutional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. International transfers

Our services may be hosted or supported in countries other than where you live. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps designed to protect it consistent with this policy and applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Brispa after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Contact

For privacy requests or questions, email hello@brispainternational.com or use our Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
