Terms & Conditions
Effective July 28, 2026. Rules for using Brispa International learning services.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Brispa International websites, apps, or learning services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use Brispa on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security or abuse risk.
3. License to study materials
Brispa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access subscribed content for personal educational use (or authorized institutional cohort use). You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or publicly share question banks, modules, videos, rationales, or other proprietary materials except as expressly allowed in writing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, use automated means to harvest content, or use Brispa materials to violate exam board rules, academic integrity policies, or applicable law. Nurse Ada and other AI features provide educational assistance only and are not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.
5. Plans, billing & refunds
Paid plans, institutional packages, and renewals are described at purchase. Fees are due according to the selected plan. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable once digital access has been granted. Institutional pricing may be governed by a separate agreement.
6. No exam outcome guarantee
Brispa provides educational tools and practice resources. We do not guarantee exam passage, scores, licensure, or employment outcomes. Individual results vary based on preparation, prior knowledge, and many factors outside our control.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, branding, software, and content are owned by Brispa or its licensors. Trademarks such as NCLEX® belong to their respective owners. Brispa is an independent educational resource and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by NCSBN or other exam organizations unless explicitly stated.
8. Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party tools (payments, hosting, analytics, messaging). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Brispa is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Brispa disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brispa’s total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amounts you paid to Brispa for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes & termination
We may modify the Services or these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue features or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect after termination.
